This expertise is also responsible for the development and ongoing production of our full venue video, animation and sms/mms to screen suite which we offer free of charge to venues to help promote both our joint ventures as well as their own in-house events.

The Event Horizon Video Suite is a full media and promotions application which allows Flash animation or DVDs to be played while content (text or images) sent by customers or produced by staff using the controlling machine is displayed and managed during the night. Pictures taken by staff on an internal digital camera can be added to a list of photos being displayed on the screen automatically during the night.

Data capture is not carried out by the club and access to the data captured (phone numbers etc) is stored and managed securely by Event Horizon Management Limited. It is not stored for longer than is reasonably acceptable in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
